2 Day Self-Defence Seminar
We are proud to announce that our next “highly acclaimed” two-day self-defence weekend seminar is Saturday & Sunday, July 22nd & 23rd, 2017. The course is suitable for all levels of fitness. No experience necessary. It is reality based self-defence training that teaches you the difference between self-protection and self-defence.
We don’t train for sport or competition, what we teach are simple techniques that have been completely pressure-tested to work for everyone in today’s world. The Hard Target System brings together many different systems, such as Krav Maga, Kick boxing, Real Combat, grappling and ground-fighting- but our primary objective is to teach REAL self-defence.
Open To All Ages & Fitness Levels
The course is open to everyone: young*, old, fit, unfit, male and female. No experience is necessary. Just bring a notepad, pen, towel and water. Lunch is supplied and all who attend will receive a certificate upon successful completion from Chief Instructor Aidan Carroll.

- Pre-emptive strikes
- Release from chokes & strangles
- The Fence (protecting your personal space)
- Defence against knife hold ups
- Knowing when and how to strike
- Self Defence and the Law in Ireland

Certificate is awarded upon completion. If under 18yrs, parental consent is required.
